You only need to know a few basic details but of course the more accurate you can be with the detail the better. You will need to provide the address of the property, know the year your property was built, the size of your property and ideally have accurate and drawn to scale floorplans. There may be necessary “tweaks” to recommendations each Chinese New Year and so you can expect a follow up the month before to ensure your either no changes to the remedies are necessary or to implement new remedies. No charge will be made for the follow up if you have had a full home analysis that year.
